Job summary

Acuity Knowledge Partners is seeking an Investment Operations professional in Bengaluru to support corporate actions, daily reconciliations, pricing data, and derivative processing. The role also covers NAV valuations, investor reporting, and audit support.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience and a hands-on approach to trade affirmation and settlement, with CTM/DTCC familiarity preferred. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in investment operations or related field.
• Experience in corporate actions, reconciliations, pricing, derivatives, and fund admin helps.

Responsibilities

• Track, process and manage corporate actions affecting securities.
• Perform daily reconciliations for positions and cash, maintaining accurate records.
• Price and maintain updated pricing data with vendors for portfolio managers.
• Support processing and reconciliation of derivative transactions (futures, options, swaps).
• Perform NAV valuations, income allocations, investors reporting.
• Assist audits, reconciliations and reporting for funds.
• Handle trade affirmation and settlement to ensure timely, accurate settlement; CTM/DTCC tools desirable.
• Ensure settlement instructions are followed and resolve failures.
• Maintain high attention to detail in a dynamic environment and support SLA/TAT.

Job Description

This role demands candidates that can work across a range of taskssimultaneously and can work independently with minimal instruction. while hoursmay vary depending on the markets the organisation operates within:

• Corporate action processing: Track, process andmanage corporate action affecting securities.
• Conduct reconciliations on daily basis forpositions and cash and maintain accurate records of corporate action.
• Hand on experience on pricing and valuation.Liaise with pricing vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timelypricing data in updated for portfolio managers.
• Support the processing and reconciliation ofderivative transactions, including futures, options and swaps.
• Perform fund administration tasks including NAVvaluations, income allocations and investors reporting.
• Support audits, reconciliations and reportingrequirements for various funds.
• Trade affirmations and settlement – Manage thetrade affirmation and settlement process to ensure timely and accurate tradesare flown. Expert in CTM and DTCC tool desirable.
• Ensure settlement instructions are accuratelyfollowed and resolve any settlement failures.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, shouldwork in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high-quality standards, anatural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexiblework ethic.
• Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering tothe agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT).
