Job summary

Acuity Analytics in Bengaluru is seeking an operations professional to manage trade affirmation and settlement, corporate actions, and pricing processes for an asset management client. You will perform cash and position reconciliations, NAV valuations, and investor reporting, while coordinating with pricing vendors and internal teams.

The role requires accuracy, ability to multitask across tasks, and a proactive approach in a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities

• Corporate action processing: Track, process and manage corporate action affecting securities.
• Conduct reconciliations on daily basis for positions and cash and maintain accurate records of corporate action.
• Hands-on experience on pricing and valuation. Liaise with pricing vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing data.
• Support the processing and reconciliation of derivative transactions, including futures, options and swaps.
• Perform fund administration tasks including NAV valuations, income allocations and investors reporting.
• Support audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements for various funds.
• Trade affirmations and settlement – Manage the trade affirmation and settlement process to ensure timely and accurate trades are flown. Expert in CTM and DTCC tool desirable.
• Ensure settlement instructions are accurately followed and resolve any settlement failures.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high-quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic.

To manage trade operations for an Asset manager and includes trade affirmation and settlement, cash and position reconciliation, corporate action and pricing, derivatives and variation margin calculations This role demands candidates that can work across a range of tasks simultaneously and can work independently with minimal instruction. while hours may vary depending on the markets the organisation operates within:
