Job summary

Acuity Knowledge Partners seeks a professional to manage trade operations for an Asset manager. The role includes trade affirmation, settlement, cash and position reconciliation, corporate actions, pricing, and various fund administration tasks.

The candidate should handle multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail and adapt to a dynamic environment while maintaining service levels and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Corporate action processing: track, process and manage corporate actions affecting securities.
• Reconcile positions, cash, and corporate actions on a daily basis.
• Pricing and valuation: liaise with pricing vendors and internal teams for accurate data.
• Support derivative processing and reconciliation (futures, options, swaps).
• NAV valuations, income allocations, and investor reporting tasks.
• Assist audits, reconciliations, and reporting for various funds.
• Trade affirmation and settlement management; ensure timely, accurate settlements; CTM/DTCC familiarity desirable.

This role demands candidates that can work across a range of taskssimultaneously and can work independently with minimal instruction. while hoursmay vary depending on the markets the organisation operates within:

• Corporate action processing: Track, process andmanage corporate action affecting securities.
• Conduct reconciliations on daily basis forpositions and cash and maintain accurate records of corporate action.
• Hand on experience on pricing and valuation.Liaise with pricing vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timelypricing data in updated for portfolio managers.
• Support the processing and reconciliation ofderivative transactions, including futures, options and swaps.
• Perform fund administration tasks including NAVvaluations, income allocations and investors reporting.
• Support audits, reconciliations and reportingrequirements for various funds.
• Trade affirmations and settlement – Manage thetrade affirmation and settlement process to ensure timely and accurate tradesare flown. Expert in CTM and DTCC tool desirable.
• Ensure settlement instructions are accuratelyfollowed and resolve any settlement failures.

Demonstrate high attention to detail, shouldwork in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high-quality standards, anatural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexiblework ethic.

Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering tothe agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT).
