Job summary

Amgen in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Network Security team's delivery cadence, remove impediments, and improve team visibility and execution. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–9 years of Agile delivery experience, strong facilitation, and excellent communication skills in a global, virtual environment.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience supporting Agile delivery, Scrum, project coordination, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master for Agile software delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience tracking risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Remove or help resolve impediments that impact team delivery
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and communications across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and action items using Agile management tools
• Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint readiness.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment
• Support organizational initiatives to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and operational excellence
• Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into team performance and delivery
• Support adoption of automation and AI-assisted workflows that improve team productivity and operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

Any degree with 5–9 years of experience supporting Agile delivery, Scrum, project coordination, organizational effectiveness, or a related field

Professional Certifications :

Required (one of the following):
