Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Process Analytics in Supply Chain - Procurement in India. The role focuses on developing procurement strategies, supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and data-driven cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS or Statistics and a Masters in Data Science.
• Certifications in APICS CPIM and CPSM are desirable.
• Experience with procurement analytics and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs.
• Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Guide procurement team on complex processes and procedures.
