Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad seeks a Specialist - Process Analytics in Supply Chain - Procurement to drive data-driven procurement improvements and cost savings. You will coordinate sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations while analyzing procurement data for opportunities.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, and help implement procurement policies to ensure compliance and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics; Masters in Data Science is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and data-driven procurement processes preferred.
• Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiations is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with goals.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
