Job summary

• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards during claims adjudication.
• Document claim assessments, decisions, and outcomes in internal systems for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues, escalating cases where required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claim processing activities.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
