Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; 5-8 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chains.
• Technical proficiency in SAP MDG, S/4, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Problem solving: identify root causes of data issues and implement effective solutions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform data operations tasks, mainly maintenance, and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
• Create and maintain ECN, BOM, master recipe, production version, PIR & Source list.
• Create and maintain material master (FG, semi-finished, raw materials) for pharma.
• Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support to partners, customers, and end-users on master data processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain data quality reports to monitor performance metrics and ensure data compliance.
• Collaborate across business, IT, and operations to resolve data-related issues and align with organizational goals.

Role Description:

The Senior Associate Master Data at Amgen will support the accuracy and consistency of master data (Material, Production, Quality, across the organization. This role will manage data validation, cleansing, and enrichment while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure data integrity. The analyst will support key performance monitoring, data governance, and compliance efforts, as well as assist in data migration and integration projects. Candidates should have experience in enterprise applications like SAP, familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards, and strong analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform data operations tasks, mainly maintenance, and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data


• Creation and maintenance of ECN, Bill of materials, master recipe, production version, PIR & Source list.


• Creation and maintenance of material master like FG, Semi finished, raw materials (specifically for Pharma).


• Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and enhance efficiency


• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement


• Provide training and support to partners, customers, and end-users on master data processes, tools, and best practices.

Basic Qualifications and Experience:
