Genpact is seeking a seasoned Insurance Claims professional to join its AI-driven transformation in India. The role focuses on efficient auto insurance claims processing, policy analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with underwriters and agents.

You will work in a hybrid setup, leveraging data management and regulatory knowledge to improve customer experience and drive compliance. English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate) is required for cross-functional communication with global teams.

Competenze

• Actuarial/science or quantitative degrees with a focus on insurance
• Strong understanding of property & casualty insurance concepts
• Experience in claims management and data handling across insurance domains
