Job summary

Riveron India is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging digital learning experiences by collaborating with SMEs and senior designers to design and build learning content.

You will create instructional design documents and storyboards, convert source material into learner-friendly formats, and collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and developers to produce courses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional design.
• Experience developing digital learning content.

• Work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.

• You are good at storyboarding
• You can independently work on eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate)
• You are capable of content structuring and writing
• You have attention to detail
• You are a team player and can collaborate with SMEs
