Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A - MDM to support end-to-end Procurement and P2P operations, including supplier onboarding, due diligence, PO management, and invoice processing across multiple finance and tax functions.

The role requires ensuring compliance with policies, controls, and service levels, while collaborating with Accounts Payable, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in finance/accounting or commerce.
• Certified data management/finance credentials are a plus.
• Experience with P2P, supplier onboarding and invoice processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOX/internal controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process new supplier onboarding requests and validate supplier data.
• Maintain supplier catalogs, pricing, and content in procurement platforms.
• Create and process purchase requisitions and validate details.
• Review requisitions for policy compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support 2‑way/3‑way invoice matching and supplier payment queries.
• Prepare operational reports and supplier KPI dashboards.
• Assist with SOX/compliance requests and process improvements.

The role is responsible for executing procurement activities accurately and within defined policies, controls, approvals, and service levels while partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Master Data, business requestors, and suppliers.
