Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate for F&A - MDM to manage end-to-end procurement and P2P operations, validate supplier details, and ensure compliance across processes. The role requires strong data management, supplier lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex exceptions while supporting junior team members. Office-based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus (e.g., CFA, CMA).
• Experience in F&A and master data management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process new supplier onboarding requests and validate supplier details.
• Perform duplicate supplier checks and manage supplier master updates.
• Support supplier due diligence, sanctions screening, and tax documentation.
• Maintain approved supplier catalogs, pricing, and content in procurement systems.
• Create and process purchase requisitions; ensure compliance and approvals.
• Review requisitions for completeness and policy compliance; coordinate corrections.
• Support indirect tail-spend and vendor enablement on e-procurement platforms.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and supplier scorecards; support SOX/internal controls.

The role is responsible for executing procurement activities accurately and within defined policies, controls, approvals, and service levels while partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Master Data, business requestors, and suppliers.
