Qualifications

Sr. Applications Developer (Salesforce - Chennai)

Seeking senior developers with strong Salesforce Service Cloud and APEX coding skills to maintain and support the UPS CRM application handling customer claims. Prefer candidates with experience in large enterprise organizations and applications with a large user base. Must be willing to rotate with 4 other developers for on-call duties every 5th week.

Primary Skills:

• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Business Processes (Email to Case, Web to Case, Digital Engagement, Phone to Case, CTI Vendors, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, User Group Assignments)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On
• Strong debugging and issue resolution skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce Governor limits
• Development and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, APEX, Visualforce, and formulas
• Experience automating business processes with Lightning flows, Workflows, and Rules
• Data migration skills using Data Loader and Salesforce tools
• Ability to discuss and negotiate functionality with business stakeholders
• Participation in code reviews and ensuring test coverage
• Ability to create technical solution and design documentation
• Experience with DevOps processes using Flosum
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Platform Developer 1
