BCE Global Tech in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver enterprise-grade customer service and contact centre solutions. You will design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce apps, integrations, and automation to improve customer experience and agent productivity.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to drive CRM modernization initiatives, DevOps practices, and a culture of coding excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, security models, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Build capabilities like Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Workflows.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform Events.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver enterprise-grade customer service and contact centre solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve customer experience, agent productivity, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with Architects, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders, you will play a key role in the delivery of CRM, omnichannel, and customer service modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Build and enhance capabilities including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and reusable design patterns.

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Apex Development
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flow
• API and Integration Development
• Salesforce Security and Data Models
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience integrating Salesforce with contact centre and telephony platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Voice, Omni-Channel, and digital engagement capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and AI-enabled customer service solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.
