Responsibilities

• 1. Understands the relationship between internal and external systems
• 2. Independently addresses and researches complex issues with timely resolution
• 3. Ensures trade deadlines are met within designated time frame
• 4. Ensures accurate and timely execution of trades and follows procedures
• 5. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal impact
• 6. May interact with committees and Senior Management
• 7. Acts as SME and mentors junior staff
• 8. May supervise day-to-day work of juniors (not formal management)
• 9. More technically sound with broader knowledge
• 10. Delivers work with minimal revision
• 11. Excellent communication; strong trade and settlement industry knowledge; adaptable to change

Major Duties :

• 1. Understands the relationship between internal and external systems (IMS, FUNDLINX, WCM, TOE, TOA, PCWEB, FUNDMASTER, US TRADE, etc)
• 2. Independently addresses and researches complex issues and demonstrates ability to reach an effective and timely resolution
• 3. Ensures that trade deadlines, both internal and external, are met by designated time frame
• 4. Ensures accurate and timely execution of trades and follows correct trade/fund company procedures and quality checking of all work
• 5. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• 6. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
• 7. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
• 8. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
• 9. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
• 10. Delivers a work product that requires less revision
