Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics - FCRM in India to lead fraud analytics, transforming transactional data into actionable insights that support policy development and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor fraud tools, generate stakeholder reports, and help scale AI-driven fraud detection initiatives to protect enterprise integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Masters in Data Science or related advanced analytics field is a plus.
• Certifications in anti-financial crime or fraud risk are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of transactional data to identify and investigate potential fraud incidents.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate identified fraud risks and improve fraud detection processes.
• Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on fraud trends and mitigation efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate fraud prevention tools and systems for effectiveness and recommend enhancements as needed.
