Job summary

Genpact is recruiting for Analyst - Process Analytics - FCRM in India. You will monitor financial transactions for fraud signals, conduct investigations, and help develop prevention tools to mitigate risk for global clients.

Responsibilities include producing actionable fraud trend reports for management and staying updated on regulatory requirements, while leveraging Excel and strong English communication to collaborate across teams in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics; Master's in Data Science preferred.
• CAMS certification from Professional School of Indian Banking (PSIB).
• CFE certification from ACFE.
• CRP certification from Udemy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• English language proficiency (C1).
