Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Process Analytics (FCRM) to lead fraud analytics initiatives. You will analyze transactional data, design prevention strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce fraud risk and improve detection mechanisms.

The role focuses on building insights, generating stakeholder-ready reports, and evaluating fraud tools for continuous improvement within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science.
• Certifications CAMS, CFE, CRP are preferred.
• Strong analytical and fraud-detection mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of transactional data to identify and investigate potential fraud incidents.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate identified fraud risks and improve fraud detection processes.
• Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on fraud trends and mitigation efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate fraud prevention tools and systems for effectiveness and recommend enhancements as needed.
