Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Process Analytics in FCRM to drive fraud analytics across transactional data. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance prevention, detection, and reporting of fraud trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in analytics, CS, or statistics; Masters in data science preferred.
• Strong experience with large-scale data analytics and fraud risk.
• Proficiency in ETL tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of transactional data to identify and investigate potential fraud incidents.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate identified fraud risks and improve fraud detection processes.
• Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on fraud trends and mitigation efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate fraud prevention tools and systems for effectiveness and recommend enhancements as needed.
