Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Lead Analyst - Process Analytics - FCRM to drive fraud analytics and model development. The role focuses on identifying fraud risks, building detection algorithms, and implementing preventive controls across business units.

The candidate will collaborate with diverse teams, prepare insightful reports, and stay current with industry regulations. This position is based in India with office-based work and flexible shifts in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS, statistics or related fields.
• Advanced data analytics and modeling skills preferred.
• Experience with fraud analytics and risk assessment is a plus.
