Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and consolidation of budgets, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Track and monitor budget utilization vs plan, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and management review materials
• Track progress of key initiatives and provide insights on performance vs plan and budget
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and align on budget inputs
• Prepare presentations and insights for leadership reviews, including budget performance updates
• Drive data integrity and standardization across planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Automate and improve reporting, budgeting, and analytics processes using digital tools
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support on financial and budget-related matters

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of financial and business metrics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools preferred)

• Good stakeholder management and collaboration ability
