Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking a Senior Analyst for Performance Reporting and Investment Performance to support fund performance reporting, attribution analysis, and client-facing materials. The role covers portfolio analysis and stakeholder collaboration across Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Gurugram.

The candidate will validate data, prepare reports, and contribute to high-quality investor communications while working with a global analytics and research organization.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), CA or CFA qualification.
• Relevant experience in investment performance, performance reporting or portfolio analysis.
• Strong understanding of performance attribution, fund performance and financial markets.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with an eye for data accuracy and discrepancies.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update monthly and quarterly fund performance and investor reporting materials.
• Analyse portfolio performance, risk metrics, allocation changes and other quantitative data.
• Conduct performance attribution analysis and assess the impact of market movements on fund returns.
