Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our security team. This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our systems and data, with hands-on work in NGAV, EDR, SIEM, log management, scripting and automation.

You will design and build AI-driven security solutions, integrate with SIEM/EDR, develop data pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and stay current with AI and cybersecurity trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence platforms).
• Experience building AI agents or working with LLM-based systems (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
• Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring of models
• Build and optimize AI agents for cybersecurity use cases, including threat detection, triage, and automated response
• Integrate AI solutions with existing security tools (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms)
• Lead development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows for security telemetry
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of AI systems in production environments
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
• Stay current with advancements in AI (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems) and cybersecurity trends

JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst IT Security II to join our team. This role involves implementing and managing security tools to protect our organization's systems and data. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in some or all of the following areas: Next-generation Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM and log management, scripting and automation, and network security controls (IDS/IPS), coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security threats.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
