Job summary

Accelya in Pune is seeking a Senior Analyst – Implementation Management to oversee airline software implementations. You will coordinate technical, functional and testing workstreams across internal teams and airline customers to ensure delivery within scope, timeline and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in software implementation or project management, with strong client relationship and risk management skills, and a degree in Business/IT (PMP preferred).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airline software implementation projects, coordinating technical, functional and testing workstreams across internal and client teams.
• Maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing expectations and escalating risks proactively.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk registers and change request logs using Jira, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
• Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for project documentation, status reports and client communication.
• Conduct project kick-offs, progress reviews and go-live readiness assessments with airline customer stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, applying change control processes and assessing commercial implications.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing lessons learned across the implementation management community.

• Familiarity with the implementation approaches of leading airline technology providers including key players in the competitive airline technology market
