Accelya seeks a Senior Analyst - Implementation Management in Pune to lead airline software implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams and customers from kickoff to go-live. You will manage plans, risks and changes, leveraging Jira, Smartsheet and AI tools for reporting and documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years in software implementation or project management, with experience in Agile and Waterfall and strong client relationship skills.

• Proven ability to manage implementation projects end-to-end.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong client relationship and risk management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP preferred.

Role Purpose

As Senior Analyst - Implementation Management at Accelya, you will manage airline software implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and airline customers, tracking progress and ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline and quality requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airline software implementation projects, coordinating technical, functional and testing workstreams across internal and client teams
• Maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing expectations and escalating risks proactively
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk registers and change request logs using Jira, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of software implementation or project management experience in a technology environment
• Proven ability to manage implementation projects end-to-end

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP preferred

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience delivering airline software implementations, ideally with knowledge of NDC, revenue management or airline operations systems
• Proficiency with Jira AI or equivalent, Smartsheet AI or equivalent or similar platforms for intelligent project tracking and automated stakeholder reporting
• Use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for client communication drafting, change request documentation and implementation planning
• Familiarity with the implementation approaches of leading airline technology providers including key players in the competitive airline technology market
