About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team, focusing on building and maintaining robust backend services that power critical applications. In this role, you will design and implement scalable server‑side solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications through well‑structured RESTful APIs. You will work extensively with both NoSQL and SQL databases, including MongoDB and MSSQL, applying best practices in schema design, performance tuning, and indexing to ensure data systems run efficiently and reliably. A key part of your day‑to‑day work will involve optimizing application performance, enforcing security best practices, and using tools like Postman to test and debug APIs thoroughly. Collaboration is central to this role, as you will partner closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and operational processes. Exposure to cloud services, particularly AWS, will allow you to contribute to infrastructure decisions and support the broader goal of building performant, secure, and well‑monitored applications.
