Job summary

Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC) seeks a Sr. Analyst- Finance Business Partner to provide end-to-end financial support for Mobility programs.

The role acts as a liaison between Mobility stakeholders, EIIC engineering teams, and global finance, ensuring governance, forecasting accuracy, and cost control. The incumbent will drive budgeting cycles, analyze OpEx and project spends, assist in billing and timesheet governance, and deliver dashboards for Mobility leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, Project Accounting, or FP&A
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Costing or Management Accounting; CA/CWA/CMA/MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting – Support annual Profit Plan, monthly forecasts, and outlook cycles for Mobility business by analyzing financial data with Mobility and EIIC stakeholders.
• Cost Management & Governance – Track and analyze OpEx, travel, flex costs, temporary staffing, and project expenses; highlight variances and support cost control.
• Project & Program Financial Support – Provide financial analysis for Mobility NPI, NTI, and strategic programs through EIIC.
• Billing, Invoicing & Timesheet Governance – Assist in ensuring accurate billing, validation of rates, hours, and charge codes, and support timesheet compliance.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication – Prepare financial dashboards, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses for Mobility leadership and EIIC reviews.
• Process Improvement & Digitization – Support improvements in finance processes, automation, and data accuracy (dashboards, analytics).

The Finance Business Partner – EIIC (Mobility business) provides end‑to‑end financial support to MobilityBusiness group and program portfolios executed at the Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC). The role serves as a key liaison between Mobility business stakeholders, EIIC engineering teams, and global finance, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate forecasting, cost control, and timely billing for Mobility programs and initiatives.

• Project & Program Financial Support – Provide financial analysis and ongoing support for Mobility NPI, NTI, and strategic programs executed through EIIC.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Expertise in process and product costing and finance, Cost-benefit, Techno commercial analysis, Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, Power apps, Power BI, AI, other automation tools
• Experience with ERP / planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and timesheet tools (e.g., Tenrox).
