Job summary

Eaton, a global power management company, seeks a digital transformation analyst in India to design and deploy dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled tools for the Strategy and Corporate Development team.

You will create structured governance for strategic assets like M&A pipeline information and market intelligence, identify new technologies, and modernize decision-making through analytics. Strong communication and training responsibilities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; an MBA in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Candidate must possess 3-7 years of experience in digital transformation, business analytics, business intelligence, automation, data management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy digital solutions, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled tools for the Strategy and Corporate Development team.
• Create structured repositories and governance for strategic assets such as M&A pipeline information, competitive insights, and market intelligence.
• Identify new technologies and use cases to improve productivity, insight generation, and decision-making for the SCD team.
• Serve as the digital enabler for SCD, combining business acumen, analytical capability, and technology aptitude to modernize how the function works.
• Act as the team's digital champion, partnering with external vendors, Eaton IT and internal enabling functions to evaluate, integrate, and scale strategy-specific solutions while aligning with enterprise standards.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices to maximize adoption and effective utilization of digital, analytics, and other tools.
• Synthesize complex datasets from internal and external sources into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to other team members
