Job summary

Eaton Group is seeking a senior leader to drive the controllership CI & Digital transformation across the global organization. You will architect AI, automation, and digital initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and report progress to senior leadership.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance with 10+ years in transformation, including AI in Finance & Accounting, and 5+ years managing techno-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in driving transformation initiatives, delivering technology solutions including AI based solutions specifically in a Finance & Accounting domain.
• +5 years of team management experience especially managing techno-functional resources.

Responsibilities

• Define, architect, and lead enterprise-wide AI, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives across multiple business units and global regions.
• Provide strategic leadership and regular updates to senior executives and key stakeholders on project progress, business outcomes, risks, and operational performance.
• Lead the recruitment, development, coaching, and retention of high-performing talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive resolution of complex business and technical challenges, removing execution barriers and optimizing team capacity and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute strategies that enhance the impact, scalability, and value of the Controllership Continuous Improvement (CI), Digital, and Automation function.
• Establish and maintain quality management standards across presentations, reporting, digital product development lifecycles, governance processes, and performance metrics.
• Build and sustain a high-performance organization by attracting top talent, mentoring team members, and supporting career growth and succession planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement internal and external best practices to advance digital, automation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Partner with global business, finance, and technology stakeholders to standardize processes, leverage leading practices, and implement robust governance frameworks.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, knowledge management, and records retention practices are maintained to support operational excellence and business continuity.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to align priorities, accelerate delivery, and ensure successful execution of strategic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance


• 10+ years of progressive experience in driving transformation initiatives, delivering technology solutions including AI based solutions specifically in a Finance & Accounting domain


• +5 years of team management experience especially managing techno-functional resources

Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform, RPA, AI including working knowledge of Azure platform


• Knowledge of design and deployment of technology architecture


• Knowledge of IoT technologies, including cloud processing, like Azure IoT Hub.


• Good functional/domain knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes


• Experience and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes (governance, measurement, etc.).


• Experience with business driven / self-service CI


• Ability to work in a highly matrix organization

Ability to clearly present ideas and proposals to non-technical and technical audiences

Time and people management

Ability to navigate and prioritise competing priorities in a fast paced changing environment.

Good communicator and have excellent presentation skills ability to drive changes, good influencer. Ability to lead experienced individuals in the Data Analytics/Data Science domain.

Extensive experience interacting with top level executives.

Experience managing global complex projects and teams. Self-directed and hungry to learn – a person, who with time in his/her hands, will independently find interesting ways to push the envelope, learning new skills and growing self and the team.
