Job summary

Future Focus Infotech in Pune is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by LLMs, Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will architect scalable AI applications, mentor team members, and drive AI innovation from concept to production.

The role requires hands-on Python development, experience with LangChain, MCP servers, and cloud AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent frameworks, and advanced RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
• Architect Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and tool calling.
• Design Advanced RAG pipelines with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop MCP servers and AI tool integrations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedSenior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Advanced RAG, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications, mentoring team members, and driving AI innovation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, memory, and workflow automation.
• Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluations, and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
• Optimize token usage, latency, and cost for production AI applications.
• Integrate AI models using REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks
• Advanced RAG architectures
• Prompt Engineering
• Embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of token optimization, model evaluation, observability, and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Claude APIs, GitHub Copilot integrations, or enterprise AI copilots.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, LLMOps, and MLOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to React, Streamlit, or Gradio for AI application development.
• Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure or other cloud platforms.
