Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions built on LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI. The role focuses on backend development in Python, building REST APIs and microservices, and integrating with enterprise systems.

You will design RAG pipelines, enable multi-agent workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, observable, and high-performance AI applications in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend applications using Python and modern frameworks.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent knowledge retrieval.
• Develop multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, or Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize AI application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, observability, and data quality standards.
