Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Control-M Administrator to support our global batch processing and job scheduling infrastructure in Greater Noida, India. You will administer the Control-M Server, Agent, and Enterprise Manager, while designing and monitoring batch workflows and calendars.

You will troubleshoot failures, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior ITIL knowledge and Control-M certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• BMC Control-M Administration skills required.
• Experience with Control-M EM, Server and Agents.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting batch jobs and workflows.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash/Korn).
• Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).
• ITIL knowledge and BMC Control-M certifications are pluses.
