Job summary

HR Innovation Group in Hinjewadi, Pune seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage day-to-day entries in Tally, ensuring accuracy in sales and purchase ledgers.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, BCom/MCom, and strong GST/TDS knowledge, with responsibilities spanning reconciliations, MIS reporting, audits, and coordination with the accounts team.

On-site role with manufacturing exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Education: BCom / MCom.
• Manufacturing industry experience is must.
• Proficient in Tally and GST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Day to day Sales/Purchase Entries in Tally.
• Managing Payment Receivable / Payable & Reconciliations
• Managing working of GST , TDS
• GST Knowledge - GSTR-1 / 2 / 3B / GSTR9 / 9C
• MIS reporting of day today accounting of Plant
• Good Knowledge of Journal entries during Balance Sheet finalization
• Handling/monitoring account payables and coordination with accounts dept.
• Coordinating with auditors in conducting Internal / Statutory Audit, preparing Audit Reports and implementing recommendations, if any
• Supporting MIS activity.
