Summary of Responsibilities

• End-to-end financial accounting and book-keeping for clients, including monthly closing, finalisation of accounts and MIS reporting
• Review of work done by junior accountants and article assistants; guiding and supervising the team
• Internal audit, statutory audit and audit co-ordination
• Handling corporate tax compliances, GST, TDS and other statutory compliances on a periodical basis
• Preparation and filing of corporate / non-corporate tax returns
• Providing prompt assistance to clients' queries in an efficient manner on a routine basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Semi-qualified CA (CA Inter / CA dropouts), B.Com / M.Com or equivalent, with 4-6 years of experience as an accountant in a consulting / CA firm
• Good internal audit and process audit experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Decent communication skills in English written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a must to facilitate regular communication with multi-national clients

Competencies

• Must be proficient in Tally, with working knowledge of SAP ERP and excellent command of MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word
• High level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities and work in a continuously changing environment
• Ability to manage deadlines and lead junior team members

Compensation

Compensation best in industry, based on prior experience and last drawn salary.

Work Timings

Six days a week working.
