Job summary

Roche in Delhi is seeking a Squad Lead for Neurology & Hemato-oncology to set and execute the Outcome Based Plan. You will lead squads, partner with Disease Area Strategy, and drive value propositions with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have Neurology and Hemato-oncology domain experience, proven people leadership, and the ability to align diverse disciplines toward North Star objectives.

Qualifications

• Preferred Neurology, Hemato-oncology & Hematology therapy area experience as well as a track record of effective people leadership in functional and/or network teams.
• Customer experience in pharmaceutical healthcare (ideally in Neurology, Hemat-oncology & hematology).
• Providing inspirational leadership in setting the vision and strategic ambition for the cluster and assuming overall accountability for the delivery for this vision/ambition.
• Creating an environment where diverse technical disciplines can align, develop and execute toward the North Star.

Responsibilities

• Lead squads focused on system shaping, partnership priorities and execution excellence.
• Define work packages with start/end dates, resources and investments.

Neurology & Hemato-oncology in India is a critical component of the India portfolio priorities today and in the future and our ambitions for positive patient outcomes are extensive.The Squad Lead is the accountable person for delivering on our therapy area ambition(s) in the cluster and this role requires strong Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coaching capabilities. **Key responsibilities:**The Squads will focus on system shaping, partnership priorities and driving execution excellence which will in turn define what work needs to be delivered.
