Job description

The person will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive BI strategy, managing a team of analysts, and working with stakeholders across the company to ensure that BI insights are integrated into decision‑making processes. The key responsibilities include managing the entire data stream of the company along with the group data mart team and using these large data sets to generate credible insights and build segmentation and scorecards for all process and decision steps. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire campaign strategy and delivering all digital and pre-approved cross‑sell product offers. Additional responsibility also includes identifying new data sources to enrich data profiles of customer and working with senior executive to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop and publish dashboards and reports to track progress against these KPIs.

• Develop and maintain advanced T‑SQL scripts and queries.
• Design and develop SSRS reports and SSIS packages.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
• Perform query optimization and tune performance for database operations.
• Implement data warehousing concepts for efficient data management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL Server 2016/2019.
• Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL stored procedures and query tuning.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualisation.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles.
