Responsibilities

• Supplier development and performance monitoring to improve quality and reliability.
• Monthly PPM monitoring and supplier escalation as needed.
• Lead supplier meetings to review corrective actions and drive improvements.
• Training suppliers on quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, SPC and Control Plans.
• Manage supplier audits, including PPAP and product/process audits, and track effectiveness.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Supplier development & Performance monitoring

• 1.Part Quality improvement and Monitoring the performance
• 2.Monthly PPM monitoring & Supplier escalation.
• 3.PPM Non achivement supplier work with supplier to improvement it
• 3.Conduct the supplier meeting to review and improve the corrective action
• 4.Give the suggestion for improve the supplier performance
• 5.Supplier Product Quality issue corrective action verfication and effectiveness monitoring
• 6. Carry out Supplier validation audits, with Supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning
• 7. Review with Supplier their manufacturing process, work together for improvements and development opportunities.
• 8. Giving training to supplier for improvement such as Poka- Yoke, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP Documents, AOI and Drawing reading.
• 9. Manage Supplier Key Performance Indicators.

4M /ECN Management

• 1.Control the supplier 4M/ECN management and monitoring
• 2.Supplier ECN/4M Request & Time plan review
• 3.Closely work with Supplier,CCB & Customer to implement and complete the
• Change note as per time plan with effectively
• 4.Change related updated PPAP documents review and 4M approval to Supplier

Supplier Audit (Preferable: Mechanical components: Casting, Molding, Connector & Wiring harness)

• 1.Conduct the supplier yearly audit as per audit schedule
• 2.PPAP Audit
• 3.Special Audit [Quality complaint/ special requirment]
• 4.Product Audit
• 5.Run @ Rate Audit
• 6.Closely follow up with supplier to close the audit open issues as per target date
• 7.Effectiveness monitoring

8D Management control

(Preferrable: Mechanical components: Casting, Molding, Connector & Wiring harness

• 1.Defect analysis and escalation to supplier
• 2.Closely follow up with supplier to get the 8D report as per time plan.
• 3.Conduct the supplier meeting for 8D review and open issue follow ups
• 4.Not meet /delay submission by supplier work with supplier to complete as per time plan
• 5.Upload to QIS
• 6.Monitoring the supplier 8D managment control as per KPI.
• 7.On site verification for effectiveness verfication
• 8. Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of Suppliers Quality concern.

Supplier Training / Supplier Meeting's

• 1.Giving training to supplier for improvement such as Pool Proof, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan,
• 2. PPAP Documents, AOI and Drawing reading. Periodic meeting with supplier representative from concern department to establish an action plan for improving Quality of Product and process.

New Development & New Supplier Assessment

• 1.New Supplier Assessment and Development
• 2.Review of Tech Review, APQP, Gate Review Documents
• 3.Periodic Project Review with Department HOD
• 4.New Product Testing at Child Part Level
• 5.Conduction New Developed Part PPAP Audit
• 6.Considering Leason Learned/Bench marking for New Product development.
• 7.Review PPAP Document and PSW Approval
• 8.Considering Leason Learned/Bench marking for New Product development.

Quality Management & Report Preparation

• 1. IATF Documentation and Updation
• 2. Set up SQA Process, Development and Maintain Revision
• 3. ISO 14001 & OHSAS
• 4. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly to HOT
