Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in observability/monitoring.
• Senior Engineer with expertise in Splunk, OTEL, AWS, scripting, and Jenkins.
• Experience designing enterprise observability platforms and telemetry solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk.
• Implement OTEL instrumentation, collectors, and telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces.
• Configure data ingestion, indexing, dashboards, alerts, and reports in Splunk.
• Develop automation solutions using Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting.
• Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Monitor and optimize observability platforms and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with application teams to define monitoring and operational requirements.
• Automate deployment, configuration management, and operational workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
