Job description

Services include a range of physiotherapy specialties, child development and behavioral therapies, early intervention programs, and family-centered guidance. A team of qualified professionals collaborates closely with patients, parents, and caregivers to promote real-life independence, long-term outcomes, and confidence.

Role Description

The Speech Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges in a clinic-based setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based speech and language interventions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and review. The role involves working collaboratively with physiotherapists, child development specialists, parents, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, family-centered care and support generalization of skills to home, school, and community environments. Additional tasks include educating families about therapy goals, providing home program recommendations, and participating in multidisciplinary meetings as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Neervana Clinic in Jaipur.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Candidates should have expertise in assessing and treating Speech and Communication Disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Candidates should demonstrate competence in managing Language Disorders and supporting language development across age groups.
  • Candidates should be capable of evaluating and treating Dysphagia, including safe swallowing practices and related interventions.
  • Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with appropriate professional licensure/registration as required.
  • Experience working in pediatric and multidisciplinary clinical settings is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, counseling, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with families and a diverse clinical team.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records, using standardized assessment tools, and following evidence-based practices.
