Role Description

The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, counseling and therapy plans for children with speech, language, and communication challenges in an on-site setting. This full-time role involves conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions. The role includes monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with families, teachers, and other therapists to ensure consistent support across environments. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in caregiver training, contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, and support community outreach and education related to communication development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
• Relevant Bechlors degree or master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional registration or licensure as required.
• Experience working with children in clinical, school, or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
• Strong documentation, time management, and case management skills.
