Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in commerce, economics or finance with analytics exposure.
• MBA with analytics or related field is preferred.
• Experience in vendor governance and contract lifecycle is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update contract terms to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Negotiate contract terms with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts comply with regulations and internal policies.

• Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, company policies, and organizational standards.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, and terminations, maintaining accurate records.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters and best practices.
• Monitor contract performance, track key deadlines, and ensure timely execution of obligations.
• Identify, address, and resolve contract disputes or issues efficiently to minimize organizational risk.
