Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty in Ahmedabad (Hybrid) is seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist for Accounting with strong SAP S/4HANA FI/CO knowledge to validate financial systems before go-live, ensuring accurate reporting and seamless integration with other SAP modules.

You will create and execute UAT plans, coordinate with finance, IT, and business users, document defects, and support system upgrades to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UAT, Finance Operations, or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar testing tools.

Position Summary

We are seeking a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist for Accounting with strong accounting knowledge to validate SAP-based financial systems and reporting. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with an understanding of general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules. The UAT Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that financial systems function accurately and meet business requirements before go-live, serving as the bridge between finance end-users and technical implementation teams.

Ahmedabad (Hybrid working model)

3 PM - 12 AM IST (Extendable as per requirements)
