e.l.f. Beauty seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst – Record to Report to support and optimize finance processes within SAP. You will work across GL, AP, AR, and asset accounting, partnering with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient operations and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong SAP S/4HANA FI/CO knowledge, excellent communication, and leadership abilities, with a hybrid work approach and a focus on process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years in SAP functional roles with Record to Report knowledge.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions.
• Collaborate with finance/IT to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Provide FI/CO expertise covering GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Support training, testing, and change management for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot R2R issues and ensure system stability.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst – Record to Report (R2R) to support and optimize finance and accounting processes within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong understanding of general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and integration with other SAP modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supportthe end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAPS/4HANARecord to Report(R2R) solutions.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose SAPS/4HANAsolutions aligned with industry best practices.


• Provide functionalexpertisein SAPS/4 HANASAP FI/CO modules, covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA).


• Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants.


• Supportcontinuous improvement initiatives,leveragingSAP S/4HANA and emerging technologies.


• Participate intesting, training, andchangemanagement efforts for system enhancements.


• Troubleshoot and resolve SAPS/4 HANAR2Rissues, ensuring system stability and business continuity.


• Stay updated on SAPS/4HANAinnovations and recommend best practices for process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Supply Chain, ora relatedfield.


• 6 to 8years of experience in SAP functional roles, withexpertiseinSAPS/4HANAR2Rprocesses.


• Experiencesupportingfull-cycle SAPS/4HANAimplementations and upgrades, including SAP S/4HANA.


• Understanding of SAPS/4HANAintegration withother SAP S/4HANA modules such asOrder to Cash (OTC)andProcure to Pay (P2P).


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.


• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA is a plus.


• SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud experiencea plus.
