Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking a Specialist, Talent Development to lead project management and learning operations across onboarding, LMS administration, and digital content development.

You will design structured learning journeys, maintain dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership and intern programs within a global context.

Responsibilities

• A. Project Management: Maintain project boards, track milestones, prepare MOMs, document SOPs and playbooks.
• B. Learning Analytics & Reporting: Maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards, analyze LMS data, provide periodic insights and leadership materials.
• C. Onboarding Support: Manage onboarding schedules, content, systems, and AI onboarding chatbot; support SP DJI Internship Program learning journeys and mentoring.
• D. LMS Administration & Training Operations: LMS admin tasks, course setup, user management, compliance tracking; coordinate workshops.
• E. Digital Learning & Content Development: Develop training videos and digital assets.

The Role: Specialist, Talent Development

Responsibilities:

A. Project Management

• Maintain project boards in accordance with S&P DJI Learning team Project Management framework
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across initiatives
• Prepare and document Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and ensure follow-up accountability
• Maintain structured documentation of SOPs and operational playbooks

B. Learning Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards tracking completion records, training metrics etc.
• Conduct trend analysis on LMS data
• Provide periodic reporting with insights and recommendations
• Support leadership with data-driven decision materials

C. Onboarding Support

• Manage onboarding schedules and stakeholder coordination
• Maintain onboarding content, systems, and learning pathways
• Oversee AI onboarding chatbot (content updates, accuracy checks)
• Support the S&P DJI Internship Program (SPDJI):Design structured learning journeys for interns, Coordinate mentoring sessions and leadership engagement events, AND Promote intern achievements via internal recognition channels

D. LMS Administration & Training Operations

• Serve as LMS Administrator: Course setup and updates, User management, Compliance tracking
• Coordinate workshops and training logistics end-to-end

E. Digital Learning & Content Development

• Develop training videos and digital learning materials
• Create visual assets (infographics, reports, decks)
