Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Product, Design & Data to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our Product, Design and Data teams. You will partner with hiring managers, build a robust talent pipeline, and drive a strategy that aligns with our global growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle for our Product, Design, and Data teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, and executing a talent strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will play a crucial role in building the core teams that drive our mission of a world without limits, approaching every challenge with the thoughtfulness our clients and team members deserve.
