As a Specialist System Engineering professional supporting AT&T’s core network evolution in Bangalore, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of 4G/5G packet core end-to-end performance testing, test automation frameworks, and lab infrastructure validation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading or coordinating complex testing initiatives across 4G/5G packet core environments, executing rigorous load and performance testing, designing and maintaining test automation frameworks, and managing telecom lab infrastructure. You will work extensively with Kubernetes, Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud-native platforms, while collaborating closely with software development, systems integration, and architecture teams. Furthermore, you will manage defect tracking and operational workflows using Jira, analyze call flows, and ensure peak performance across core network functions such as SMF, UPF, UDM, UDR, and NRF.
