Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a professional to manage NPI sample projects and ramp production, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with customer demand. You will also control sample approvals, supply availability, and handling obsolete materials in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 2-3 years in supply chain, strong ability to build Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in semiconductor production settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management.
• 2-3 years experience in Supply chain related activities is preferred.
• Ability to create compelling, interactive Tableau / Power BI dashboards.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities.

• Manage supply availability to meet order requirements (including alternate supply), making sure all criteria are met.
• Manage block & qual stock, expired or obsolete material and material with quality issue.
• Create sample replenishment orders to re-stock the samples based on customer demand (projection).
• Monitor Safety Stock attainment based on product categorization.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management.
• 2-3 years experience in Supply chain related activities is preferred.
• Ability to create compelling, interactive, and insightful Tableau / Power BI dashboards and reports that effectively communicate business insights.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and production processes, milestone tracking and master data setup is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, particularly during product ramp-ups or changes.
