Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Bengaluru, India seeks a quality analytics specialist to analyze, monitor and report KPIs in supplier management. The role involves preparing monthly quality reports for stakeholders, creating ad hoc supplier reports and supporting the MMR with data-driven insights.

You will maintain quality data in Trackwise, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with Purchasing and QA to uphold FME quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, monitoring and reporting of quality KPIs in supplier management.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Creation of ad hoc reports in supplier management.
• Support for the Monthly Management Review (MMR) by providing relevant data and analyses.
• Maintenance and updating of quality data in systems such as Trackwise (supplier data, keeping certificates up to date, material data maintenance).
• Identification of trends, deviations and potential for improvement within supplier performance.
• Close collaboration with Purchasing, Quality Assurance and suppliers to ensure compliance with FME quality standards.
• Support during audits, reviews and continuous improvement reporting processes.

• Analyse, Überwachung und Reporting von qualitätsrelevanten Kennzahlen (KPIs) im Lieferantenmanagement
• Analyse und Interpretation von KPI-Daten
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von monatlichen Qualitätsberichten für interne und externe Stakeholder.
• Erstellung adhoc Berichte im Lieferantenmanagement.
• Unterstützung und Zuarbeit für das Monthly Management Review (MMR) durch Bereitstellung relevanter Daten und Analysen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Qualitätsdaten in Systemen wie Trackwise (Lieferantendaten, Aktuell halten von Zertifikaten, Materialdatenpflege etc.)
• Identifikation von Trends, Abweichungen und Verbesserungspotenzialen innerhalb der Lieferantenperformance.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards nach FME-Standards
• Unterstützung bei Audits, Reviews und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen im Reporting
