Our customers are at the center of everything we do and we’re looking for associates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary care. - The Specialist Software Engineer on the Commercial A-Team will focus on integration applications that enable policy transaction processing, downstream data movement, and operational support across Commercial Lines.

• In ACE, the engineer will work on application and service integration, message routing, security, deployment, configuration, and data transformation between upstream and downstream systems.
• In CL ETL Batch, the engineer will support the pipeline that takes PolicyCenter transaction data through IDS/Oracle-based processing and transforms it into files, feeds, and reporting outputs used by downstream systems, vendors, and bureaus.
• Primary focus areas Design, enhance, and support ACE integrations that connect PolicyCenter and other services through secure APIs, message routing, and payload transformation.
• Build and maintain ACE flows that obtain authentication tokens, invoke REST services, construct request payloads, apply field mappings, and return transformed responses to upstream applications.
• Support CL ETL Batch processing that consumes PolicyCenter transaction data from IDS Oracle after IIB/ACE processing and creates downstream extracts and statistical records.
• Deliver and support integrations and data feeds for business and regulatory consumers including Billing, Commissions, General Ledger, ISO/TICO, HSB, ISO/Verisk, WC PICS/Unit Stat, print, inforce, ECIF, AMI, SaRA, and PAM.
• Provide production support, issue analysis, and ongoing optimization for integration jobs, runtime behavior, and data processing outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:
