Your Tasks

• Provide technical support remotely for main converters from various suppliers in service, acting as a technical expert to improve fleet reliability.
• Maintain high standards of HSE and quality.
• Prepare and verify technical documentation.
• Represent service interests with suppliers.
• Advance main converter training programs.
• Troubleshoot complex failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience, preferably in the wind industry, in electrical engineering or with main converter manufacturers.
• Proven project coordination experience or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
